For standard shipping, delivery times will vary. You can usually expect delivery of your ordered items within 3-7 business days with delivery Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
All items ship separately. You will receive a tracking email for each item as it ships out. The tracking information linked in the email will automatically update with the most accurate estimated delivery date as it travels to your home.
Yes! All of our products are available with a free standard shipping option.* Return shipping is always free.
A signature is not required, so you do not need to be home to sign for delivery. The driver will leave your package either right at your front door or wherever you typically receive packages. The only time a signature is required is if you’re having your item delivered to a place of business, such as an office building.
Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your product leaves our facility and is on its way. We recommend keeping an eye on your spam folder as well as your inbox since a lot of business emails are directed there.
We are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses, as they only accept packages from the USPS.
Position your Ō by Neven mattress on top of your bed frame. Find the ends of the wrap attached to the sides of the roll. Pull on the end of the wrap until the mattress is completely unrolled. Roll the mattress out so that it’s flat, then pull off the remaining wrap. The mattress will begin expanding immediately. Please note, the mattress will look smaller than normal size until you remove the plastic.
Please reach out to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return as long as you are within your 100-Night Sleep Trial. We’ll help you through the process of donating it to an approved charity. After your mattress is donated, you will upload a scanned or photographed copy of your donation receipt and the original law label using a link we provide. We’ll process your refund after receiving the donation receipt and law label. It takes 5-10 business days for your refund to return to your payment card or account.
Please note that shipping fees to Hawaii and Alaska are non-refundable. Our return policy allows for one return per household per year, so we can only return and refund one mattress purchased within the same year.
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
Some states require us to collect an additional recycling fee on mattress purchases, to be passed along directly to the state government. The fee helps subsidize the state’s mattress recycling program.
We are required by law to charge sales tax in select states. Your sales tax is calculated once you enter your shipping address at checkout.
Our foams are a proprietary blend of pressure-sensitive, rather than heat-sensitive, materials that produce very minimal off gassing (AKA New Car Smell). All our products are CertiPUR-US® approved which means they meet high standards in physical performance, content, indoor emissions and environmental stewardship.
